Draught Gas!!!! Where do you start ???

Here is a short guideline of the different mixed gasses and what they are used for the is Hospitality industry

Suremix 100 (100% CO2) for standard draught lager
Suremix 60 (60% CO2 and 40% nitrogen) for draught lager stored at cooler temperatures
Suremix 30 (30% CO2 and 70% nitrogen) for nitrogenated stouts and ales.
