WE’RE HIRING – FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT (PLETTENBERG BAY)
TCS WiFi is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Front Office Assistant to join our Plettenberg Bay branch.
This is a key client-facing role – you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, so professionalism and a great attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting walk-in customers
• Handling basic sales and account queries
• Managing calls, emails, and bookings
• Processing payments and basic admin
• Supporting the branch team with day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Well-presented and professional
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous front office / admin / retail experience is advantageous
Location: Plettenberg Bay
