Consistency is who we are.

Since 2022, we have been intentional about commemorating June 16, working hand in hand with the Welgevonden Environmental Awareness Programme (WEAP) to promote youth development through sport in Vaalwater.
This year marks our fifth year of witnessing the incredible impact that WEAP continues to make in the lives of young people across the Vaalwater community. The talent nurtured through sport and the unwavering support WEAP provides to various sporting clubs is clearly evident.

Yesterday, we proudly watched young people who have participated in the June 16 sporting activities since 2022. It was inspiring to see how they have grown, developed, and matured into disciplined sportsmen and sportswomenโ€”both on and off the field.
Sport is more than competition; it is a platform for building character, resilience, teamwork, and hope for the future.

WEAP, thank you for your consistency and commitment to investing in our youth. Continue the great work you do in building the leaders, athletes, and changemakers of tomorrow.

To all the 2026 Championship Winners โ€“ Congratulations! ๐Ÿ†
Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off. And to every participant, remember: every game played is a step towards growth and greatness.
Happy Youth Month!

Empowering Youth Through Sport. Building Futures Through Opportunity.

Entrepreneurship development is not just part of what we do โ€” it is all about passion towards community Development.

Last week,11-15 May , we proudly participated in the Africa Travel Indaba in support of our selected entrepreneurs as they showcased their tourism products and services to the world.

This formed part of our Entrepreneurship Coaching Programme with Sekhukhune centre for entrepreneurship Rapid incubator.

This opportunity also served as a post-activity initiative following the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp held at Zwartkloof, where young entrepreneurs were equipped with practical business, tourism, wildlife, environmental education entrepreneurship opportunities, leadership, and industry readiness skills.

The bootcamp focused on preparing entrepreneurs not only to start businesses, but to confidently enter industry spaces and engage with real market opportunities.

The experience at the Indaba allowed emerging entrepreneurs to connect with industry leaders, buyers, investors, and tourism stakeholders while learning how to position their businesses for global opportunities.

A special word of appreciation goes to Welgevonden Environmental Awareness Program and Mr. Moji Kitsi for the collaboration, mentorship, and guidance throughout the Travel Indaba journey. Your support in ensuring that our entrepreneurs align with industry needs and standards goes a long way in building sustainable tourism businesses and future leaders.

Together, we are not only building businesses โ€” we are building confident entrepreneurs ready to compete globally. ๐ŸŒฑโœจ

It takes courage to be yourself, but as an entrepreneur, it takes even greater courage to stand for your truth when the world challenges it.

There will be moments when your vision is questioned.

When your path feels lonely.
When compromise looks easier than conviction.

But remember this: your truth is your competitive advantage.

At Relay Institute, we believe that when you honor your truth, you donโ€™t just find your voice you become it.

So build boldly.
Speak authentically.
Lead unapologetically.

The world doesnโ€™t need another copy ,it needs what only you can bring.
