Entrepreneurship development is not just part of what we do — it is all about passion towards community Development.

Last week,11-15 May , we proudly participated in the Africa Travel Indaba in support of our selected entrepreneurs as they showcased their tourism products and services to the world.

This formed part of our Entrepreneurship Coaching Programme with Sekhukhune centre for entrepreneurship Rapid incubator.

This opportunity also served as a post-activity initiative following the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp held at Zwartkloof, where young entrepreneurs were equipped with practical business, tourism, wildlife, environmental education entrepreneurship opportunities, leadership, and industry readiness skills.

The bootcamp focused on preparing entrepreneurs not only to start businesses, but to confidently enter industry spaces and engage with real market opportunities.

The experience at the Indaba allowed emerging entrepreneurs to connect with industry leaders, buyers, investors, and tourism stakeholders while learning how to position their businesses for global opportunities.

A special word of appreciation goes to Welgevonden Environmental Awareness Program and Mr. Moji Kitsi for the collaboration, mentorship, and guidance throughout the Travel Indaba journey. Your support in ensuring that our entrepreneurs align with industry needs and standards goes a long way in building sustainable tourism businesses and future leaders.

5-Day Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Reflection | Relay Institute

From the 13th–17th of April, something powerful unfolded at Zwartkloof Game Reserve.

Relay Institute, as the proud implementation partner of the Sekhukhune TVET College Centre for Entrepreneurship Rapid Incubator, successfully delivered a transformative 5-day Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and what a journey it has been!

This bootcamp was more than just a program it was a mindset shift.

Our Objective: To build entrepreneurs who are resilient, consistent, and analytical thinkers — individuals who understand that entrepreneurship is not luck, but discipline, strategy, and growth.

What Made It Powerful:
We brought together key industry players from aviation, wildlife, and mobile network , Food and Bevsectors, creating a dynamic learning environment grounded in real-world experience. A strong emphasis was placed on business compliance, ensuring that our entrepreneurs are not only innovative but also structured and sustainable.

Pitching Was the Order of the Day: Every day, our incubatees stepped up, challenged themselves, and pitched their businesses for daily wins. This built confidence, clarity, and the ability to communicate value — a true entrepreneurial muscle.

Building Ecosystems That Matter:
The bootcamp also welcomed key stakeholders from the TVET ecosystem, all aligned towards one

vision:
To build a cohesive entrepreneurship and student innovation platform that empowers young people to move from ideas to impactful enterprises.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Sekhukhune TVET College Centre for Entrepreneurship for the trust and collaboration. Together, we are not just running programs — we are shaping futures.
