Starting a tourism services business during the worldwide lockdown taught us to be acutely responsive to change. We have cast our net wide and lenses our skills to varying types of businesses, and still have great clients in other industries. As the industry climbs out the slump to the side of revival we are slowly going back to our roots to specialise in hospitality marketing because hospitality is in our roots and aspirations. It’s a pillar in our WHY.
Our WHY is the excitement we have about Africa’s future, and how tourism can and will play a part in the development of communities across the continent. At the heart of it all is the hospitality unit. Having worked her way up in hospitality from a waitron, to a hostess, to a receptionist and then a reservationist and finally, a hospitality marketer, our Founder, Mandisa Magwaxaza brings 17 years of experience and passion for hospitality. It’s the bedrock of everything we do.
