After a 30 year journey in LPA, I have finally retired and am finding a new path. Many say that I was 'lucky' to find my appointed place in God's chosen space. It was always my prayer to fulfill my purpose. LPA has been a team effort. My role as a 'gardener in the people business' has been my privilege. I move on with a grateful heart to all who have made this time together so special. Again and again a huge thanks to Jill Ayerst whose wisdom, expertise, support and experience have been invaluable. Debbie Godden is an awesome associate who is both a natural facilitator and great fun to have in any team. To both Jill and Debbie all the very best in your training and development roles. From me, go well, fellow learners. Life has yet many lessons in store for all of us. Enjoy your journey! And thank you.
