This impressive development, once completed, will stretch from Perrot Street on the eastern side towards where the narrow gauge railway line crosses over Humewood Road on the western side. The exclusive development node is the result of a joint venture between the JH Group and Inscape Properties. Located on a prime sea-facing site, the project was initiated by the JH Group and Transnet SOC Ltd as part of the upliftment and development of the Humewood surrounds.
