create his own frames and wished to share this passion for woodwork. Box frames are an attractive way to display your 2-dimensional artworks

embroidery, medals, sculptures and other small 3-dimensional objects. These picture windows are also

referred to as shadow boxes because the
deep frame allows light to shine in from only one angle and thereby shadows
the image within it. The filtered light, or shadow on your display, helps to
protect the pictures within from a direct beam of light. The trend of box framing is the simple and contemporary alternative to the
overly ornate frames on the market today.
