Why do laser alignment
Alignment is a vital part of the daily maintenance work. Machines need to be online continuously with minimum interruptions.

A machine breakdown causes devastating losses of production. Nearly 50% of all machine breakdowns are caused by misalignment.
Every misalignment produces back forces, The effect of this back forces are:
 Bearing failures, sealing damages, shaft and coupling damages.
 Increased radial and axial vibrations.
 Higher housing, bearing, oil and coupling temperatures.
 Increase of material fatigue by higher alternating shock loading.

In order to extend the life of bearings, seals and machinery. Laser alignment should be a priority in all industry.
