As The Entrepreneurial Bridge yesterday we hosted an Enterprise Development workshop with 16 students from Ray Mhlaba Skills and Development Centre , where we had Mr Siyabonga Clinton Ndumo teaching the students about discovering your purpose and how mindset is pivotal for growing yourself and your business , Mr Damana where he was talking about Risk Management, the importance of being aware of the risks that occur in business and how to prevent them from destroying it and lastly we had the Chairperson Anita Sodladla where she spoke about behavioural biases how they give direction in your business and how they can affect your business.
It was a successful event and we are looking forward to more events

During a short break on the trail, I asked everyone one simple question:

The responses said everything.

Yesterday was nothing short of inspiring.

From engaging discussions on compliance and collaboration, to an exciting pitch session where students stepped up with confidence the room was filled with ambition and bold ideas.

It was powerful to witness young entrepreneurs taking ownership of their visions, standing in their corners, refining their pitches, and embracing constructive feedback.

Conversations were meaningful. Connections were intentional.
And this is only the beginning.
