Empowering Small Contractors Through Financial Knowledge 💼

Global Leadership Consultants was proud to partner with Absa South Africa in delivering a Financial Literacy Workshop as part of the CIDB Certificate in Construction Management Programme for small contractors in Nelson Mandela Bay and Buffalo CIty .

The interactive session focused on equipping contractors with practical financial management skills to help them build sustainable and profitable businesses. Key topics included:

Developing Tomorrow's Leaders Today! 🌟

Global Leadership Consultants recently had the privilege of facilitating a Leadership Fundamentals Workshop for the Grade 10 learners of Westering High School.

The session focused on building a strong foundation in leadership by exploring topics such as self-leadership, communication, teamwork, responsibility and the qualities of effective leaders. It was inspiring to engage with a group of young people who are eager to grow, learn and make a positive impact in their school and communities.
