Did you know we also buy and sell used plastic drums?♻️

We purchase HDPE plastic drums in various volumes from suppliers who are replacing them with new ones and looking for a responsible recycling solution.

➡️Damaged drums are recycled into HDPE regrind for use as raw material.

➡️Drums that are still in good condition are offered for sale as used drums.

Please note that we cannot accept all drums. Because some drums may have contained hazardous liquids, we need to assess them first. We are happy to have a look at a sample or photos to determine whether we can accept them.✅

A large batch of 15ml medical HDPE bottles was recently declared redundant, and the client needed a safe and environmentally responsible disposal solution.🌍

The good news? The bottles are clean and already small enough for efficient processing, which means they can be recycled directly into high-quality HDPE regrind. Because the material is uniform and light in colour, the recycled product is extremely versatile and suitable for a wide range of manufacturing applications.🎯

Very frequently we receive redundant and broken HDPE shopping trolleys from supermarkets across the Eastern Cape, giving them a new purpose instead of letting them go to waste.

Our process includes:
✅ Separating trolley bases, baskets, inserts and outer panels
✅ Colour-sorting materials when customers require specific colour batches
✅ Removing all metal components, bolts, strips and wheels
✅ Cutting the material into smaller pieces
✅ Granulating it into premium-quality HDPE raw material ready for manufacturing

By combining careful sorting with thorough processing, we're able to produce consistent, high-quality recycled material that can be used in a wide range of new plastic products.
