- How do I transfer my tourist guide license from one province to another? Should a person wish to transfer their registration perhaps due to relocating, then it may be best to allow your registration in the current province to come to an end before applying for registration in another province. The most important element is that your ID card reflects in which area(s) you are competent to guide. The province of registration is simply to administer the registration process and does not necessarily mean that you are competent to guide in that province.
