PLANNED NETWORK UPGRADE THURSDAY 11:45pm

We would like to inform you of upcoming major upgrades to our core network infrastructure and two fibre routes between Mokopane and Johannesburg and Mokopane and Nelspruit. These enhancements will enable us to support 100 Gbps technology, ensuring improved speed and reliability.

To facilitate this, we have scheduled two maintenance windows during which service interruptions may occur:

First Downtime Window:
Thursday evening, from 11:45 PM to 2:00 AM

Second Downtime Window:
Monday evening (Exact time will be confirmed)

We appreciate your understanding as we work to upgrade our infrastructure and improve your service experience.

Good day. There was a large maintenance operation from Liquid Telecom on the primary Network lines of the town. We were on a backup that may have caused a small interruption to the network during the day. Since then, the maintenance has been completed.

In regards to Vumatel, every ISP had to be there to activate their service on the new server, however Vumatel technician didn't show up. Liquid Telecom waited for them until 10PM. They are back at the site and waiting for Vumatel to show up today.
