Imvelo is an operations subcontractor of Imvelo Concession for the operation and maintenance of the offices of the Department of Environmental Affairs and Fisheries. Imvelo was established for the sole purpose of facilitating a Public Private Partnership between the South African Department of Environmental Affairs Old Mutual and Dijalo. Imvelo is 60% owned by Old Mutual with the remaining 40% hel

d by Dijalo. Old Mutual is a financial services firm that provides investment, savings, life assurance, asset management, banking and property, and personal insurance in Africa, Europe, the Americas and Asia. Dijalo is part of Dijalo Property Group, a majority black owned and managed property services group.
