So, Kingdom Leadership Development is not a general set of guidelines on Christian leadership, but rather a set of practical keys for the real day-to-day challenges and responsibilities of organizational leaders. These keys are specifically seen from and linked to relevant scriptures from the Bible and the principles of the Kingdom of Heaven.
