2+ years’ experience driving a company vehicle

Ability to read technical schematics/diagrams

Strong time management & independence

Customer service orientation

Willingness to travel nationally and work after hours when required

📋 Key Duties
Service & repair systems to full working capacity

Perform maintenance and provide detailed reports

Manage warranties, job cards, and quotations

Plan weekly schedules and country trips

Build strong customer relationships and support hospitals

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and service records

Adhere to safety and quality standards

Purpose:
Civil engineer to be trained in a Structural Steel environment. Company established in 1966 has a excellent career growth opportunity for a Civil Engineer who will in future be responsible for the structural design, verification, and approval of lattice towers, monopoles, lighting masts, and associated foundations. You will lead design projects, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
Professional sign-off on tower and foundation designs, as-built documentation, and appointment forms
Lead design projects from concept to completion
Mentor and train junior engineers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards
Perform structural design and verification of various masts and towers
Develop and improve in-house design programs and tools

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Tell us about yourself.

I am an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and communication skills. I have experience handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and assisting with correspondence. I enjoy supporting teams and ensuring that office operations run smoothly.

2. What are the main duties of an administration clerk?

An administration clerk is responsible for maintaining records, managing correspondence, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and supporting other departments with administrative tasks.

3. How do you handle confidential information?

A proudly South African steel manufacturer (est. 1966) is seeking a SHEQ Manager with strong expertise in welding, fabrication, and steel structures. This pivotal role ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance, rigorous quality control in welding & galvanising, and full OHS oversight across two manufacturing facilities and Head Office.

🔹 Key Focus Areas
Welding & Steel Fabrication Quality
Direct oversight of welding and fabrication activities across all sites

Perform and document NDT (MPI Level 2, DP, Bend Tests) per AWS D1.1

Conduct welder performance assessments and coding preparations

Mentor inspectors and welders to ensure adherence to AWS D1.1 standards

Monitor rework rates, scrap, and welding‑related production losses

Galvanising & Steel Structures
Define and enforce pre‑galvanising inspection criteria (surface prep, weld quality, drainage holes)

Inspect galvanised products per SANS 121 / ISO 1461

Liaise with contractors and manage galvanising certificates & corrective actions
