We provide fifteen private offices of diverse sizes, an 8-seater co-working desk, two 4-seater cubicles, three larger traditional offices ranging from 25 to 150 square meters, all combined in a well-planned professional business hub ensuring the required privacy, but allowing cross pollination between some, thirty businesses! Our building is running 100% on solar power, with a backup generator if needed. LED lights throughout the building. So, no loadshedding! We also have our own borehole on site supplying the purest water.

With the Covid pandemic the world changed. Everybody started believing the workforce will never return to office. While this remains true for certain industries the majority of industries require their staff to either return to work, or to work from decentralized professional offices. Hence the reason for setting up Tempus Locus Shared Offices & Co-Working Spaces in the Montana Park Area. Humans are social animals; we believe the initial attraction and benefits of working from home have worn off and made way for a longing to mingle with likeminded businesspeople in a professional environment. We need cross pollination of ideas.
