Umnotho Wethu (Umhlaba Wethu) properties have space for two women who would like to join our R10k monthly property investment. Company is registered, Trusts per member are required and registered at a discount theory IGrow Wealth Consultants, Shareholders certificates are issued and agreement is signed, PTY has all 10 members are Directors. Properties are owned by the PTY and Directors Trusts hold the shares in the PTY for the period of 10 years. Each year a members investment property or home 🏡 is purchased at a value of R1.56million. First property Investment purchase is end of January 2022.

To be part of the investors you need to atleast have R80 000 or negotiate a catch-up plan with the 8 current partners. The partners is a group of Mining Professionals and Business Women. Reason for the two open spaces, one member lost her income due to retrenchment and the 2nd member has to apply for a home loan urgently and therefore cannot continue with this investment. By working towards collaborative efforts between the mining houses, government and mining communities in achieving a sustainable mining sector; Intelligence Transfer Centre is hosting the Social and Labour Plan Conference on 29 & 30 June 2021 at Gallagher Estate, Midrand.

ITC has recognised the need to host this conference focusing on the importance of SLP’s and forming working relationships with the mining community, mining houses and government. The objective of this conference is to create a knowledge sharing platform, in an effort to weigh-in on strategies that can be considered on how best to give back to mining communities, comply with set legislation and create a sustainable mining sector.
