RESPONSIBILITIES
Attending to Clients Queries
Making And Answering Calls From prospective Customers
Take ownership of all communications and keep Customers up-to-date with progress through the process.
Ensuring that basic customer service is Ensured
SKILLS/ Attributes
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong Interaction skills
Positive Attitude
QUALIFICATION: Grade10, 11 & 12.

Our Call Centre Company is seeking School leavers & Matriculants to start working Urgently for Inbound, outbound and Customer service support.
Candidates Should have the following
Good communication skills
Fluent in English and any other local Languages
Ability to work well within the team
Must be able to solve clients complaints
Should be willing to start working immediately, Successful candidates will be enrolled to perform general Call Center Duties which include:- Attending to incoming calls from customers both new and old, Providing customer care services , Updating Clients Database, Managing Emails / Faxes, Etc
Academics; Grade 11, 12 School leavers Or any Entry level Qualification.
No Experience will be needed as training will be provided
