The Main Collective Agreement protects pregnant employees across the Private Security Sector.

Key provisions:
✅ Employees are entitled to at least 4 consecutive months of maternity leave
✅ Leave may commence up to 4 weeks before the expected date of birth
✅ No employee may work for 6 weeks after giving birth unless certified fit to do so
✅ In the event of a miscarriage during the third trimester or stillbirth — 6 weeks' maternity leave applies
