We look up to you
We followed you for advice and strength!

Loved your Christmas messages of love and advise & forgiveness !
We came to celebrate your 70 years as our mom , granny and Queen only 3 months ago !

We laughed with Paddington, when you opened your Bag with you own marmalade sandwich!
Smiled when you played we will rock you !

Today I woke up
You are no more
You are gone !
What shall we do when we scared again ,
What will we do when we frightened again ?
Mom we’re have you gone ?
Why do you have to leave us now , our hearts are empty ?

I walk up to Buckingham Palace , I see the crowds with flowers at your Gate !
I call your name at the Gate
You are no more at Home !
You have left for another Home !
The Palace of our Lord Jesus Christ …

But then I realised it’s only a dream !
A dream of reality ,
I see the crowd gather at your gate ,
They put their flowers down
They weep rivers of tears at your gate ?

How will the World be the Same again !
Our mom , granny , Queen are Gone !

We sad to let you go !
But we know you have done your Duty our Mom , Granny , Queen!
May you rest in Peace !
Until We meet again !
Mommy , Queen of our Hearts and our Land !

Thank you it’s Being Amazing experience to Lecture to the World Top Young leaders from 75 Countries! In my wildest dreams, when I was a student Saïd Business School, University of Oxford Business School, University of Oxford Business School, University of Oxford , 2010 , University of Pretoria Tukkies Alumni Alumni 2006, I never imagine I will return to Oxford 12 years Later Lecturing . What I learned selling
200 000 000 £ million pounds of Software/ Copiers / IT / Printers / document management /Supplies !


My first .... !
I’m in my early 30s.I had a brilliant corporate career winning top awards. At the World 7th largest IT company. I also Managed 27 countries as marketing / product manager , Just enjoying life and family.

I won incentives travelling the world, Algarve ,Mexico , International cruises.

I was then invited to join a startup . It had Major loses, demoralised staff.

After an audit,I decided to join the Startup as the new Ceo. I Realised it had potential . So I gave up my corporate career.

I went home discussed it with my wife, I managed to convince her! It took some Good selling! “ We joining a startup ,giving up our stable corporate career?
Give me a year I asked!

After 12 months we managed a +900% turnover, profit! Secured orders excess of 10million pounds ! Top 500 companies .

7 Staff members left first month ,after we agreed on Performance, activity targets!

We then managed to increase the turnover by +38% for 15 years .
Winning top Performance awards!
Eventually it became one of the Largest IT hardware/ software dealership.

You will make mistakes, get wrong partners, but when you win, you win ! You will never know the feeling of success! Ask
After 20 years I would now like to use my skills to assist other : !
