Fleet Controller Vacancy
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute all orders received from customers and managers
- Co-ordinating and planning routes optimally by liaising with drivers to execute all orders received
- Confirm all loads executed are within Freight Sense and that the rates are correct
- Ensure that all fleet and trailers are in compliance with the company requirements as set out in the Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure that all drivers are in compliance with the company requirements as set out in the Standard Operating Procedures
- Accurately maintain all information with regards to the fleet / drivers and trailers within the ERP application and ensure data accuracy
- Fuel capturing and recon of fuel transactions
- Daily monitoring of all vehicle fuel consumption
- Monthly dashboard reporting and maintenance
- To complete any other task or duty management may reasonably expect of you
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade12 or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience in the transport / trucking industry or;
- Completed Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management
- Intermediate – Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attributes

- Conversational level of Afrikaans would be advantageous
- Willing to work extended hours and over weekends
Benefits
Basic salary of R12 500 to R15 000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
