HR Assistant Administrator (Mon - Fri 9am- 17h00)

Introduction
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and efficient HR Administrator to ensure efficient daily operations and meet the HR objectives of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Drawing up of contracts.
• Maintain an accurate record of employees for 2 stores.
• Assisting with compiling paperwork for salaries and wages payments.
• Monitoring of money incoming from in-house ATM and cashup reports via bank statements.
• Accurate month-end procedures on payroll system.
• Improve and maintain all HR policies, processes, procedures and internal controls.
• Conducting counsellings and issuing of warnings when and if necessary.
• Attending disciplinary hearings.
• Payroll processing and monthly reconciliations.
• Manage and capture leave applications and the upkeep of attendance records.
• Compiling and submitting reports on a monthly basis.
• Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing and identifying candidates, performing reference checks, compiling CVs, getting candidate’s documentation for suitable selection.
• Provide help and assist with ad-hoc office duties as and when required.
• General administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant HR experience would be beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Trustworty and Flexible
• Able to work under pressure
• Assertive and strong personality is essential
• Candidate must reside in or around Laudium
