Investigator Rate: R700.00 per hour, per investigator
Vehicle/Travel: R7.00 per km
After-hours / Weekend: R700.00 per hour + 25% surcharge
Report Writing: Included in hourly rate
Disbursements: Printing, tolls, parking, etc - at cost with proof

For clients with an active SAPS case number, Investigation Hub can be appointed to provide investigation support to the appointed SAPS Investigating Officer.
Case Support Rate: R700.00 per hour per investigator + R7.00 per km
Important: All requests for cellphone records, subscriber information, or tower data must be obtained directly by the SAPS Investigating Officer through legal process. Please be careful of the "Morita Forestry Cape Town Office Launch" event circulating on WhatsApp and social media.

After a quick investigation, here are the RED FLAGS:

1. Not FSCA Registered - Morita Forestry is NOT a licensed financial services provider in South Africa
2. Ponzi Structure - They use multi-level referrals + "guaranteed daily income". This means new people’s money pays old people
3. Fake Credentials - Website domain was only created in July 2025, but they claim to be operating since 2019
4. Pressure Tactics - "VIP Invite", "Limited Space", "Lucky Draw Prizes" + asking for ID and "Morita ID" to join
5. Unrealistic Investments - Selling "Texas, California, Florida Timberland" to SA residents is not how real forestry works
