passion for helping others reach their goal led me join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, my journey to public speaking began at high school during debates and speech contest from the dusty rural village of Leseleseleng in Mpumalanga Province, South Africa where i was born. I have an experience working for a National Government Department as the Senior Secretary for various sections within the department. I hold a National Diploma in Office Management and Technology obtained from the Tshwane University of Technology and currently studying towards my BCom in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with the University of South Africa. This is why you must have a structured and practical plan in place to avoid becoming overwhelmed and over personal development. I have personally used these tools to enhance my own productivity, problem solving, and decision making. I am passionate about my work hence i have interest in leadership development, coaching and speaking.
