The vision of Own and Manage (Pty) Ltd is to promote competent economic systems across all layers of the South African economy and Africa, while prioritizing human well-being. Mission: To empower youth to become owners and managers of a complex system that encompasses community engagement, education, and entrepreneurship. The primary goal is to foster well-rounded leaders who possess a deep unders

tanding of the needs of our social communities and who recognize the critical role that entrepreneurship and education play in driving sustainable change in social communities. How: To achieve this mission, Own and Manage (Pty) Ltd takes a collaborative approach by providing guidance and support to students throughout their journey, helping them to develop their diverse interests and talents. Additionally, we provide advice to young professionals who want to build capital through entrepreneurship. There is a strong focus on measuring impact and managing risk from the perspective of community engagement. By doing so, we hope to help develop a new generation of leaders who are committed to making positive impact in our social communities and beyond. Goals:

• Community engagement: Collaborate with NPOs to achieve greater impact in the community.
• Education system: Implement quality teaching and promote a well-renowned education system where knowledge areas are translated in all South African and African languages and knowledge area trends are implemented.
• Entrepreneurial business: Work hand in hand with the government to reach sustainable development goals and collaborate with start-ups to promote the sustainability of the SDGs. Why: The Company’s overall vision is to turn its dream of competent economic systems, quality education, and sustainable entrepreneurship into a reality. And the company believes in the power of collaboration and effective communication to drive improvement and promote transparency.
