I was privileged to have facilitated a 2-day Talent Management and Succession Planning public training programme, hosted by Robert Edwin Conferences on 20-21 August 2026.

A large delegation of Talent Management professionals from S.A and Namibia attended this training programme. The delegates were exposed to a best practice diagnostic toolkit, templates, case studies and scorecards, across the spectrum of the talent management/succession planning value chain.

Thanks to my trusted business associate, Bronwyn White, our guest speaker, for navigating the delegation through the practical application of two case studies.

I was privileged to have facilitated a 2-day Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Personal Effectiveness in-house training programme, on 11-12 August 2026. The learner engagement, feedback and response was very positive.

During this interactive, introspective and reflective personal development programme, I systematically navigated the learner group through the anatomy of the five (5) EQ core competencies, namely:

✳️ Self-regulation
✳️ Self-motivation
✳️ Empathy
✳️ Social and relationship skills

We concluded this training programme by collectively crafting an EQ Code of Best Practice and by each of the individual learner’s populating a Personal Development Plan. The learning pinnacle of this training programme was the exploration of the anatomy of the EQ core competencies and how they impact on leadership and personal effectiveness.

I was privileged to have facilitated a 3-day, Strategic HRM and HR Business Partnering hybrid learning programme, hosted by Kapitalbiz Consulting Pty on 17-19 August 2026, for a high-level learner group of HRM professionals.
