I was privileged to have facilitated a 5-day, accredited Public Sector Project Management in-house training programme for a national government agency on 12-16 October 2026. This training programme was efficiently hosted, administered and certified by Intelligent Africa. The learner engagement, feedback and response was very favourable.

I was privileged to have facilitated a 2-day HRM Metrics and Scorecards hybrid public training programme, hosted by Kapitalbiz Consulting Pty, for a learner group of South African HRM professionals, on 7-8 October 2026. The learner engagement, feedback and response was very favourable. Please refer to the attached Training Performance Dashboard.

As a precursor to the training, we computed the HRM Metrics Maturity Index (MMI), which is an evidence-based measure of the state of readiness to embark upon the HRM Metrics journey. Given the backdrop of the HRM Analytics Dual Conversion Pathways, the learning thrust of this training programme was the systematic application of the 5-step HRM Metrics process (5 E’s), namely:

I was privileged to have facilitated a 3-day, Strategic HRM and HR Business Partnering in-house online learning programme, hosted by SA Labour Guide, on 28-30 September 2026, for a market leading agri-products company. The learner engagement, feedback and response was very positive.

Similar to group 1, the learner feedback, engagement and response was very positive.

I was privileged to have delivered a keynote presentation at the prestigious, 100+ delegate EISAZ High Performance Workplace Summit 2026, on 17 September 2026.

The title of my presentation was, "Strategic Performance Management in the Modern Workplace: Practical Tools for Driving Productivity, Accountability and Sustainable Business Performance." The delegate response, learning-receptivity and engagement was very positive.
