Introducing for the very first time, our new team member, Chené Smit. We asked her the same questions and let’s see what she said:
Fun fact: I spend way to much time on property sites.
She has a weird obsession with peanutbutter and can eat it with everything everyday. Something that was on her mind today: “why do I have so many things on my mind ?” (We all wonder about that sometime Chené).
Something you wished you had learned earlier: to listen to your gut and go with that. People’s opinion is not that important! Her favorite shows include, Rick and Morty and anything from early 2000’s cartoons (The Addams Family being another weird obsession). Something you have to much of and don’t know why: bags, lots and lots of bags. O, and bottles.
A quote that was left to inspire you: I’m not good at remembering quotes,so.
But my dog is the key to my everyday inspiration. (Okay Chené , whatever floats your boat)
Chené enjoys spending time behind the camera , walking and spending time with her dog and loved ones. She has to many hobbies, but finds time to do each and every one of them.

Let’s meet Adriaan Venner , founder of Huntsman. We gave Adriaan a few questions to answer and let’s see what he said:
A fun fact : I’m not funny.
Although, he has an obsession with gaming. Something that was on his mind today : To be honest, rest. The kids are with family, and you’d think that you’d be able to work hard with them gone, but the reality is, you just want to rest… (wise words Adriaan). Something he wished he had learned earlier was that you should just follow through with things. His favorite shows include Game of Thrones and Final Space coming in at a close 2nd. If you ever get to meet Adriaan you would know that he has to much shoes, wallets and watches (I asked him if he knows why, he said “I know why” ) A quote that was left to inspire you: Adriaan said, “We are all trees in the story of the forest, and the story of the forest is much greater than the story of the trees.”

There you go, I hope you enjoyed getting to know Adriaan a bit more. He is currently working hard on Huntsman Apparel and can’t wait to share it with you!
