Bastion Akademie for Tactical Security requires an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager for an immediate temporary assignment at a rural site.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a 5-person Security Quality Assurance Team, including operational planning, coordination, ex*****on, discipline, reporting and overall site management.
REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES:
β’ Military background / experience β NOT-NEGOTIABLE
β’ Fully proficient in spoken and written English
β’ Strong leadership and people-management skills
β’ Excellent planning, organisation and time management
β’ Disciplined, reliable and accountable
β’ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
β’ Confident decision-making under pressure
β’ Good communication and reporting ability
β’ Hands-on and proactive management approach
β’ Must pass the required medical assessment
β’ Must be available IMMEDIATELY
β’ Willing to work at a rural site in Touwsrivier
β’ Own reliable transport will be advantageous, but is not compulsory
β±οΈ Appointment: Temporary Assignment 1-6 months depending on the need.
