1. PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The objective of this role is to support the Business Owner (BO) in the development, ex*****on and governance of developing the business, leading the entire team to achieving sales results & advice strategic priorities and goals. The role will also provide timely, efficient and accurate management and communication support and advice to the BO.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Operational Results:
• Prepare the functional customer prospecting & operational plan, and establish mechanisms to execute the plan.
• Work with the BO to translate priorities into deliverable programs of work and manage the prioritisation and ex*****on.
• Provide strategic communication advice to the BO and prepare papers, presentations (internal and external), messaging regarding business priorities and initiatives.
• Ensure the BO is appropriately briefed during meetings including the preparation and review of reports.
• Act as a conduit between the BO and the rest of the organisation providing guidance and advice on behalf of the BO where appropriate.
• Promote a consideration of ‘human centred design’ with a focus on ensuring that the Business Development Function of the restaurant is able to continually meet the changing customer and business needs.
• Actively manage the Business Development expenditure to ensure it remains within budget.
• Provide constructive information and feedback to the BO about what is working well and what is not working.

QUALIFICATION:
At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
