I have a co-worker that has repeatedly asked me out for lunch, I have declined everytime. I am not interested in any type of relationship. He keeps on leaving little notes on my desk, chocolates and last week a huge bouquet of flowers have been delivered. I have told my line manager, that it makes me uncomfortable, and he always tells me I should always wear skirts as I have the legs to flaunt. I know this is probably not sexual harassment, but it is frustrating and I am at my wits end. I love my job and don't want to make a scene. But it is difficult

I have a problem with an employee, she is a great worker, but she went through a divorce, maybe she still is, I don't know. And she bursts into tears for everything. Or becomes a terribly difficult person. Her mood swings are driving the other ladies crazy. And now me as well. How do I handle this? She works well, but her performance has deteriorated. Can I just give her a month's salary and be done with it? She's worked for me, for over five years.
