I am delighted to showcase my latest creation, a forged fireplace grate boasting a robust, all-riveted frame with no welding. The process of forging the tapered front legs on the diamond shape proved to be a complex task, necessitating careful planning to achieve crisp, sharp corners. Moreover, forging the top tenons for the uprights at the precise angle required a high degree of precision. The client's satisfaction with the final result is a reflection of my commitment to quality and a source of pride.

Jono joined me for a hammer making class today and he build a beautiful light little rounding hammer. I have tried to simplify the hammer building process, so that it is possible for anyone to come and build their own, no forging experience needed, I let the machines at my disposal do the work, very little actual hand hammering done.
