Back where our Mauritius journey began.

Bagatelle Mall has a special place in Atterbury’s story. We helped develop the original mall, which opened in 2011, and we’re still working alongside Ascencia as it evolves.

The latest project is a new leisure precinct, transforming the former cinema and surrounding tenant areas into a welcoming destination for dining, activities and time together.

Newly announced names include Krispy Kreme, McDonald’s, Hungry Lion, Yolé, Domino’s, La Fabrik Artisanale, Au Feu de Bois, Beu Tea, La Maison Bao, Poco Y Loco and Canelo Boulettes.

Opening is targeted for November 2026. It’s another example of what long-term partnerships can achieve from Bagatelle to Bo’Valon and the next chapter at Mall de Flacq.

Every solar panel is officially in place at the University of Pretoria Solar PV facility.

From signing the very first panel our “Golden Table” to seeing 20,332 panels now installed across 21.4 hectares, this is a milestone worth celebrating.

The 12.76 MW facility is another step closer to generating renewable energy for UP’s Hatfield and Hillcrest campuses.

Every panel installed. Next stop: switch-on.

Construction of Phase 3 has kicked off, adding another 406 residential units to Barlow Park in Sandton, with completion targeted for the end of Q4 2027.
