Why sell a property by auction?
Selling both commercial and residential property by auction offers a number of advantages when compared with a traditional sale.

Advantages of Auctions
Price discovery is the first and most important reason for structuring an asset sale as an auction. In the absence of an auction, the buyer and seller approach each other with private information. Each side knows more about its own assessment of the intrinsic value of the asset (and of the price it would be willing to pay or receive) than about the other side.
