Sweets for my sweet 🍯... this is a great summary of a few commonly used spoonfuls of something to add sweetness.
The general perception is that some are much more healthy, natural or less refined (and thus come with a MUCH higher price tag)... but as you can see they are all much of a muchness when you look at their profiles (as well as the effects they have on your blood glucose).
