Title: Junior Marketing and Creative Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
70% / 30% Split
Social Media Management
- Manage the company's social media platforms
- Create and schedule social media content
- Develop content calendars and campaign ideas
- Film events and behind the scenes content
- Edit videos, reels and promotional content
- Write captions and publish content across all social media platforms
- Monitor engagement and basic performance statistics
- Maintain a consistent online brand presence
Content Creation
- Capture photography and videos at events
- Organise and edit media after events
- Assist with creating promotional content for marketing campaigns
Creative Design
- Assist with developing creative event concepts and themes
- Design client presentations, mood boards and concept documents
- Produce floorplans and event visualisations
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
Graphic Design
- Design event branding, signage and marketing collateral
- Prepare artwork ready for print production
- Create print ready files and ensure artwork meets supplier specifications
- Recreate and redraw logos in vector format when required
- Resize, adapt and manage artwork across multiple formats
Brand Ambassador
- Represent the company and the brand and network at events, tradeshows, summits and exhibitions
- Network with clients, suppliers and other industry professionals to foster long-term loyalty
Required Proficiencies
* Adobe Illustrator
* Photoshop
* InDesign
* Premiere Pro or CapCut
* Canva
* Microsoft PowerPoint
* Experience with Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn
Who We Are Looking For
* Is highly creative and passionate about marketing and design.
* Has excellent attention to detail.
* Is confident using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Enjoys photography and videography.
* Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Is willing to work at events, including some evenings and weekends.
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Has a valid driver’s licence (if required).
Minimum Requirements
* Diploma or degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or similar.
* 1–3 years’ experience in a creative or marketing role.
* Portfolio demonstrating design and social media work.
* Photography and video editing experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
