Role Description
We are seeking a talented and presentable Interior Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded individual with strong technical expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to implementation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in design development, documentation, site coordination, and client engagement while working closely within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage interior architecture projects from concept to completion
Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation
Conduct site visits, inspections, and site coordination meetings
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
Produce high-quality presentations and renderings
Ensure all designs meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Assist in space planning and interior detailing
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Interior Architecture
Relevant qualification in Interior Architecture or related field
Strong experience in:
Site visits and construction coordination (Preferable Retail and corporate environments)
Client interface and professional communication
Technical detailing and documentation
Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop & D5 Rendering (Or similar rendering program)
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Professional and presentable demeanour
