Great to be part of an industry event focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of business in Africa.
One message I wanted to leave with the audience, particularly young professionals, is this:
We live in a world where attention has become a currency. It’s easy to believe success is measured by followers, likes, and views.
But real progress is created by builders.
The entrepreneurs creating businesses.
The engineers solving problems.
The investors backing new ideas.
The educators developing talent.
The leaders willing to take risks and drive change.
Countries don’t become prosperous because people get better at attracting attention.
They become prosperous because people create value, solve problems, and improve lives.
Africa’s future will be determined not by how many followers we have, but by how many businesses we build, jobs we create, and problems we solve.
“The future doesn’t belong to those who seek attention. It belongs to those who create value. The builders will always shape the world.”
