“I wish I understood my strengths and how to use them earlier in my career…”
This is just a sample of the feedback from our coaching, team workshops and leadership development programs. Witnessing these lightbulb moments never grow old, no matter where participants are in their journeys.

It has been our vision to also develop future leaders before they enter the world of work or entrepreneurship ever since we partnered with and certified to deliver Get Thrivin People Acuity, Inc development solutions.

We often travel past Zwartkloof Adventures excellent facilities where they host popular school sports camps and accommodate learners for adventure, orientation and leadership events – to name but a few. We engaged with them and quickly discovered a mutual passion for youth development. The passion turned into excitement when we shared our 'UNLOCKIT – The Power of Strengths Use' workshop program for young people.

Zwartkloof Adventures set aside two weekends in their 2026 schedule to host programs for:
• Grade 10 – 12s
• Students, interns and gap year youth

Last week HCBsolutions concluded the transformational People Acuity, Inc Interdependent Leadership program for the operational support team at EOHCB EOHCB National.

Although a touch sad to see off this wonderful group of people who were all clearly committed, it was immensely rewarding for Liezel Pheiffer Blignaut and Tinus van der Merwe to have witnessed their personal growth and hear about the shifts over the 14 weeks.

Interdependent leaders know how to positively influence others and leverage the power of every team members’ strengths for improved relationships and results. This was only the start of their journey ...

Congratulations to Daniel Hermetz and Dané Coetzee - they recently received the award we proudly sponsor for their best overall achievement in 2024 for the degree B Com Honours in Industrial Psychology at the University of Pretoria.

Since we became the sponsor of this award in 2020, this is the first time that the award was shared by two deserving post-graduates.
