From the Rugby World Cup 1995 organising committee to game lodges in the Pilanesberg, Christian Trumpelmann has built one of the most diverse and colourful careers you'll ever come across!

As a Principal Consultant at CCI Professional, Christian brings over 30 years of business leadership across retail, manufacturing, tourism, and technology. His passion is helping people and organisations discover their true purpose, and building legacies that stand the test of time.

When the work is done, you'll find him outdoors, scuba diving, or soaking in the African bush. He loves Africa, from sunrise to sunset.

Over the past two days, CCI Professional had the privilege of investing into leadership teams within the Doxa Deo Garden Route and Port Elizabeth campuses through Wellness 4.0.

The focus was not simply wellness as a once-off intervention, but understanding the 4th iteration of Wellness, where wellness becomes measurable, intentional, integrated, and continuously optimised in service of mission and calling.

We began by clarifying mission and personal purpose, because wellness without direction eventually loses momentum.

Participants then completed the Wellness 4.0 scan, but the deeper conversation centred around a far more important question:

How do we build personal wellness systems where wellness becomes an enabler for healthy leadership, meaningful mission, and long-term effectiveness?

Healthy leaders build healthy cultures.
Healthy cultures sustain meaningful mission.

This is what an empowered church looks like.
