Another impactful week at CCI Professional.

Over the past week, our team had the privilege of serving leaders across a variety of sectors:

🔹 Lourens Delport shared on the power of ecosystems at Whole City Talks, exploring why collaboration is becoming the new growth model for organisations seeking greater impact.
🔹 Hattingh Davel engaged Grade 11 learners at St Alban's College, discussing careers, leadership and practical ways to manage time and energy effectively.
🔹 Marcel Hattingh and Naas du Preez commenced a succession planning journey with Topshell, helping prepare the organisation for future leadership transitions and sustainable growth.
🔹 They also facilitated a strategic breakaway with ACME Holdings Group, exploring alignment, growth opportunities and leadership capacity for the future.

As a Principal Consultant at CCI Professional, Christian brings over 30 years of business leadership across retail, manufacturing, tourism, and technology. His passion is helping people and organisations discover their true purpose, and building legacies that stand the test of time.

When the work is done, you'll find him outdoors, scuba diving, or soaking in the African bush. He loves Africa, from sunrise to sunset.
