Buying Process Overview -

Full client details are required, including company registration documents.

2. Letter of Intent (LOI)

3. Proof of Funds (POF)

Proof of funds can be provided either via a letter from the buyer's bank,
through a certified financial statement, or format as agreed lawyer to lawyer.
The proof does not need to disclose the client's bank account details.

4. Viewing Arrangement

Once the above steps are complete, a site or equipment viewing will be
scheduled.

PENDING IRON ORE PROJECT LIMPOPO SOUTH AFRICA: JV PARTNER OR INVESTOR REQUIRED - PENDING

Our client has a contract to process iron ore ROM for a mine in Limpopo, South Africa on a long term basis.
A JV partner that is able to supply the plant requirements as stipulated below, plus relevant yellow metal machinery, etc, and that will responsible for the full production process, is required.
Alternatively an investor that will provide the capital required.
In both instances a split of 70% JV Partner/Investor is proposed, but this is negotiable.

Please submit your full company profile to us if you are not a major established player in the iron ore industry, and supply us with details of the basis you would prefer to get involved in the project.
