Scope
Actively involved and participating in receiving over the shoulder training from the electrical maintenance team.
Assist Artisan/ Handyman in the electrical discipline in effecting investigations, evaluation and restorations of problems identified inclusive of hazards as per new SLA (phase 2,3, and 4)
Regular submission of progress report to the Service Manager
Undertake other related assignments and duties as assigned to from time to time
Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client & Company requirements.
Conduct investigations, evaluation & restorations on identified equipment malfunction.
Assist the Artisan with major repairs and services
Provide constant feedback to the Line Manager, Technical staff & RC on restoration status of operations

Enterprise Development Manager

Job Purpose and Overview:

The Enterprise Development Manager will report to the Regional Manager and ensure the realisation of the organisation’s strategic business training and mentoring objectives and optimise quality service delivery through utilisation of available resources. Overall management of the training and mentoring programme and the achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives in this regard.

Key Result Areas:

Prepare and present training programmes as and when required.
Identify appropriate outsourced training service providers and manage intervention and key outputs.
Assist businesses with preparation of all required material and ensure all required material is produced in required format with required timelines.
Review all material produced by businesses and advise appropriate action based upon the quality thereof
Ensure all businesses submit monthly documentation and input required.
Meet monthly with each business to assess progress towards objectives.

Job Summary/Background:

The Knowledge Management Officer will work as part of the knowledge management team to support the adoption of knowledge management practices and the development of information products and platforms. He/she will apply technical expertise to conduct research and interact with various units to document, share and promote the use of relevant publications, processes and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

Information and knowledge management
• Support and maximize the use of the existing systems for information sharing and use.
• Ensure that all project related material including SOPs, reports and templates are up-to-date and readily accessible via the existing information sharing systems.
• Maintain and share an up-to-date list of upcoming conferences and journals where the project should showcase its work
• Support submissions of articles to trade and peer reviewed publications.

• Excellent desktop publishing skills.
• Experience producing and publishing content across all media.
• Experience and interest in documenting health or development related work.

The incumbent will be responsible for research, development and innovation operations management over the full Research Development and Innovation value chain to ensure that the organisation meets its strategic objectives in line with its mandate. This position is based in Pretoria.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and integrate Research, Development and Innovation framework into operating units’ strategic and operational plans;

Facilitate and support the implementation of the annual strategic and operational planning process in the units including setting KPI targets in consultation with the Executive Director;

About the job:

• Provide overall strategic leadership for the unit; •
