DICLA Training and Projects is an organisation that aims at improving the current agricultural status

DICLA Training and Projects was established in 2008 with the aim of providing accredited training courses aligned to unit standard as per SAQA requirements in the agricultural sector for the employed, unemployed, emerging farmers, the youth, women and people with disabilities. DICLA has directors who have wealth of experience n the fields of agricullture and training, managerial roles and project

management. Facilitators are accredited assessors with AgriSETA and have the necessary qualifications from tertiary institutions. DICLA is registered with the Department of Industry and is accredited as a training service provider with AgriSETA with no less than 5 facilitators, 3 moderators and 3 assessors. Our objective is to improve the quality of life for the local and farming communities through training and skills acquisition and assisting to increase their income to establish quality lives for their families; to deliver turn-key farming projects- from initial planning, securing of funding, up to implementation, training and execution through training and continuous mentoring and coaching, turn-key- from groung to mouth; to empower emerging and commercial farmers to manage their enterprises in a substantial manner; to direct training at grass-root levels through structured skills and accredited training programs; to secure off-take agreements for all farming projects prior to implementation and ensuring continuous marketing and off-takes of produce; to enhance the economic status of the farming communities; to create self reliance and reduce unemployment and poverty and to promote entrepreneurial skills of the farming community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely deliver food orders to customers
