🛠️ Lifting Machine Inspector (LMI) & Workshop Superintendent
📍 Durban North
💰 R30 000 – R40 000 CTC

We are looking for an experienced LMI & Workshop Superintendent to oversee workshop production, inspections and operational processes within the lifting & rigging industry.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with active registered LMI status will be considered for this position.

The role includes:
✔ Load testing & inspection of lifting tackle, chain blocks & lever hoists
✔ Supervising workshop production & staff
✔ Ensuring safety, quality & ISO compliance
✔ Production planning and maintaining lead times
✔ Managing workshop operations and continuous improvement

Requirements:
🔹 Active Lifting Machine Inspector registration with ECSA essential
🔹 Strong leadership & people management skills
🔹 Experience in production supervision and lifting equipment
🔹 Knowledge of safety regulations and quality systems
