The upcoming Aurora International Taste Challenge (AITC) will be held just outside Stellenbosch and will have some top professionals in each division judging products received worldwide. The goal is to identify and award the best-tasting products available to consumers.
The panellists aim to assess the quality of products from the consumer’s point of view, in similar circumstances to those in which a consumer would enjoy the product.
Coffee entries can be in the form of beans, pre-ground coffee or pods.
The judges will grant silver, gold and double gold awards to exceptional products.
