With Spring having sprung, the Growth Initiative winding down, and the Dynamite team rejuvenated, it remained business as usual at our Wednesday meeting. The new top three in leadership steered the meeting in a trial run, which, under the guidance of our incoming president Khizar Sultan went professionally and smoothly, well done chaps. Khizar, from award winning company Zilo Personalization, specialists in the digital media industry, also happens to be our featured presenter this coming Wednesday. The 60-second presentations were, as always, excellent, but for best presentation, new member Vanessa from Ginger Graphix took home Mr Dynamite and gets a 2 minute slot this Wednesday. While on the subject of presentations, Maree from Just Property Heritage took us on an interesting and informative journey into the world of buying and selling property. Our Edu-slot was well handled by Christine, who got the team interacting with some interesting questions. Recognition is an important part of BNI's ethos, and besides the usual member accolades, our Director Consultant Ilse Mcque gave recognition to three of Dynamite's excellent performers who have brought in the most 'Thank You For Closed Business' this month and are an absolute asset to BNI Dynamite, Beverley Beukes from Oasis Haven, Christine Jordaan from PBS Appliance installation and Repairs and Michelle van der Berg from Randburg ECD, a clean sweep from the ladies... well done and congratulations. Congrats also to the Green Machine team for coming out tops in the weekly Growth Initiative presentations, Jessie and her team are like 'silent assassins' slowly chipping away at the leading teams. Red 4 Danger is still leading the points classification with the Banana Bunch still hanging out in the middle. The Growth team has put out the challenge to Dynamite to bring as many visitors to next week's meeting to highlight what we can offer as a business networking group. Teams will be given points dependent on the number of visitors they bring to the meeting. If you would love to pop in to see how we network and support one another and be part of our visitors drive, drop a mail to [email protected] and one of our vibrant visitor hosts will get back to you and set you up for an amazing breakfast and networking session. Together we can change the way the world does business.
