We are looking for respondents who live in RURAL areas in South Africa. We mean rural as in there are no shops, post office, mall, police station within walking distance. It is just you out in the middle of nowhere. You do however have power and a laptop or computer. Send us your name and LIVE location pin so we can check that you are remote enough.

The testing will be conducted next week online using Microsoft Teams and you will need to connect for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You will speak about your mobile data and get paid for the interview.

We are also looking for elder respondents so if you have a mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandparent under 75 who would be able to use your computer with your assistance, please reach out to us

New Paid Research – Airtime & Data Usage

We’re looking for people aged 22–75 (Black, Coloured, Indian & White) for online interviews about mobile airtime/data purchases.

Please note, you will need a laptop or computer that has recently been updated with Chrome and can run Microsoft Teams.

📅 Dates: TBC Dec 2025
📱 Testing: Online via your Laptop or Desktop
⏰ Duration: 1h15 (includes setup)
💰 Incentive: R625–R1035 (depending on qualifying criteria)

We would like to gauge interest from our current users.

We have been approached to start conducting testing on live platforms. In theory what this means is you will not be online with the client or be interviewed at all.

We will still setup a meeting and record you while you conduct your session on your own.

What makes this different is that you will be going to the actual website concerned and signing up for actual products.

These products include:
• Transactional Products
• Personal Loans
• Credit Cards
• Investments

If you get approved, you get the get the product you signed up for above. If you get declined that is also fine.

The client would like us to capture an online recording of how you physically proceed through the various stages online until you have completed the journey. You will still be paid as usual for participating in this research. You will need to complete the signup journey.

•⁠ ⁠Where: Online (requires a PC or desktop) & In-person
•⁠ ⁠Duration: 60 minutes of testing + 10 minutes setup
•⁠ ⁠Who: South African citizens, aged 20–65, all races welcome
We are also looking for online candidates from Gauteng, KZN, Limpopo, EC and WC

We are still looking for people who would like to be interviewed about the lending habits.

We are specifically looking for 2 categories of respondents:

1. People who have applied for a credit card and were approved in the past 6 months (between Jan to now). Proof will be requested.

2. People who have never had a credit card before. Especially high income earners but all can apply. We would like to understand your thoughts behind your reasons why.

Any race and age. We are also looking to interview respondents from all provinces. 70 minutes interview pays R625 - R1035 depending on qualifying criteria.
