I have learnt that success is not a destination it’s a continuous process of managing, unlearning, and sustaining.

Managing your emotions, your time, your people, and your purpose.

Unlearning habits that no longer serve your growth, and outdated ways of thinking that hold you back.

Sustaining your vision when everything around you are changing, that’s the real test.

Minister Buti Manamela 🙏 refocus SETAs on Industry Needs. It is imperative that SETAs return to their founding mission—serving the industry, enabling skills development, and preparing South Africans for meaningful employment. The time for change is now. Industry is ready. The job market is shifting. The backlog must be cleared. Let SETAs be the enablers of progress, not a bottleneck to transformation🤷🙏🤔
