We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal / Admin Assistant to support our growing businesses

📍 Location Requirement
✔ Must Reside in Randfontein or surrounding areas.
✔ Must be able to report to our head office once per week
☑️ MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP

🕒 Position Details
Part-Time (4 Hours per Day) once a week

3-Month Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Rate: R55 per hour

Work-from-home (with weekly office reporting)

💼 Key Responsibilities
Update client information (Funeral Services & Property division)

Contact new and existing clients
Send SMS notifications (payments & arrears)
Manage and update Zoho system
Create EasyPay numbers for clients
Manage and post content on social media
Respond to messages and customer inquiries

✅ Requirements
Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
Strong telephone etiquette
High level of attention to detail
Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.

Basic computer and social media skills
Ability to work independently.

⚠️ Important

This role involves working with sensitive client matters, especially within funeral services.

Professionalism, empathy, and accuracy are essential.
