About Rock Aqua

Our story all started 200 million years ago when a meteor hit the southern part of Africa more or less 100km x 100km wide forming a crater that is known today as the Vaal Driehoek. This impact leads to granite forming natural water springs that supply our plant.

Many years back we bought a plot in this area with the dream of starting a water bottling company but unfortunately, they did not allow us to use the water for this purpose and so our dream faded.

​11 Years ago we bought a new farm in the Vredefort Koepel named La Chandau with perfect water. The dream to bottle water was reborn.

We then bought another farm Morgenzon and on both farms, the water was tested and found to be some of the purest.
